Here at My Builders Merchant one of our main goals is not only to provide our customers with high quality products at affordable price but also with exceptional customer service and communication. This is why we have incorporated a live chat and contact information within our website as this will allow us to achieve our goal and give you (The customer) multiple opportunities and methods of contacting us.
 
As we do understand many people would rather find the answers to their questions via a FAQS page rather than having to contact someone directly. This is why we have come up with multiple questions that we believe may be frequently asked. 
 
1.) Why use My Builders Merchant?
we believe that we have an very competitive market however we understand that our prices can match and beat the biggest competitors within this market. also we believe that we can deliver these products and a great speed and with you receiving a high quality product at an affordable price. 
 
2.) How do I collect a product myself?
If you wish to collect the products via local collect we will be more than happy to communicate with you via phone calls and emails to arrange a collection time and address so that you can save yourself money by collecting in person rather than paying our delivery fee.
 
3.) Do you only deliver to main cities in UK and Ireland.
No!! we deliver right across the UK and Ireland. 
 
4.) I have a complaint and need to contact you, how do I do this?
we would like to  hope this wont be a frequently asked question but in the case that it is please let us know! You can contact us via email, phone or live chat. All these methods are provided on our website and should be easily found. Please do not hesitate to leave a review under the product you are not happy with.
 
5.) Items arrived damaged, what do I do?
once again we hope this does not. However, if you do receive an item that is damaged please take photos of the product and get in contact with us and we will work with you and find the reason for this and hopefully reimburse you or refund you.
